Hucknall airfield redevelopment

30th April 2012

re-form have been appointed by Muse Developments on the redevelopment of the historic Rolls-Royce airfield in Hucknall - a 130Ha site on the edge of greenbelt. Proposals will consist of a 67 acre business park and up to 81 acres of housing, together with an active management programme for approximately 130 acres of greenbelt land.

Square Chapel, Halifax

13th April 2012

We are delighted to hear that Square Chapel Centre for the Arts, Halifax has been successful in its first round application to Arts Council England’s Capital Investment Programme. The application is to secure funding for the ‘Conerstone’ project, which would extend the current building and create a stunning, modern arts centre. This is fantastic news for Square Chapel and all involved in the project.


re-form one year on

Its twelve months since we started re-form. After a great first year, we've got some exciting projects to look forward to over the coming months. We're working with new clients on recent wins in Hull, Rhyl and Salford. And will be submitting a planning application for a major mixed used scheme near Nottingham. We'll also be moving into our new office on the historic Tower Works site in Leeds.

The new square at the heart of Doncaster's new civic and cultural quarter is complete. We're really looking forward to it's opening and seeing how people interact with it once the adjacent civic office building is finished.

re-form are really pleased that the Beech Farm residential scheme has received planning consent after a unanimous vote by the Kirklees Council Planning Committee. The landscape proposals were based on a strong concept informed by local distinctiveness, increasing biodiversity and minimising any potential negative impacts on the environment.


nidd vale site leeds road, harrogate

we're really pleased to see our work support the planning application for this new M&S store . The proposals are aimed at improving bio diversity, retaining and enhancing the landscape character of the Leeds Road corridor and creating a high quality landscape setting for the store. The proposals have been informed by the M&S Pan A Biodiversity Design Guide.


planning permission, granville street

1st March 2012

Granville Street, Skipton has been granted planning permission. The scheme comprises just under 60 residential units occupies a challenging site which slopes steeply down to the Leeds-Liverpool canal. The landscape interface with the adjacent Airedale Park was also a key consideration.

alison joins the fold

Alison who has a first in Anthropology from University College London and a Masters in Landscape Architecture (with distinction) from Edinburgh College of Art joins re-form in order to support the delivery of our growing portfolio of projects.


north bransholme masterplan

re-form are delighted to have been appointed by The Compendium Group to prepare a masterplan for the North Bransholme area of North Hull. The plan will be used to form the basis of an investment strategy for the regeneration of approximately 2,000 homes across the area.

benenson house nears completion

re-form to design fire training centre

re-form have been selected alongside Bond Bryan Architects to design a new urban fire and rescue facility for Essex Fire and Rescue Service at their existing headquarters building near Chelmsford.
